SHIPPING + RETURN POLICY

At Luxe, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

To maintain the highest quality and sanitation standards, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any hair extensions or opened merchandise.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if you receive:

  • the incorrect item
  • a damaged product
  • or an order issue requiring assistance

Eligible concerns must include:

  • original packaging
  • unused merchandise
  • and proof of purchase

Once hair extensions have been worn, installed, brushed, combed, cut, colored, washed, or altered in any way, the product is no longer eligible for review.

Luxe reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized return requests that do not meet our policy requirements.

For approved order concerns, store credit may be issued at the discretion of Luxe The Salon Suites.
