How many bundles will I need ?
Anything under 18 inches, We recommend purchasing 2 bundles. Hair length exceeding 18 inches, we'd recommend purchasing 3 to 4 bundles. The longer the hair length, the shorter the weft making the hair thinner.
How long will the hair/Unit last?
The Luxe Collection Hair will last up to a year with the proper care and maintenance from the consumer and from our stylist. When in doubt on how to maintain your unit, visit our booking site to book a Wig Restoration.
How long will my closure last?
Due to delicate nature of the closure, they will last up to 4 months with the proper maintenance . It is important to avoid excessive brushing and combing.
How long should I wear my sew in?
A sew in hair style should last up to 2 to 2 1/2 months with the proper maintenance. You should see you stylist for a shampoo and tighten every 2 weeks.
What is the turn around on the order of custom units?
The average turn around for a custom unit is 5-15 depending on our inventory.
Are refunds available?
No Refunds. Only an exchange available within 10 days after purchase or store credit.
What do you recommend I use to maintenance my unit?
We recommend dropping your unit off at Luxe The Salon for a full Wig Rejuvenation. If you can't, we recommend shampooing and conditioning with design essentials and using you Curl Revival Kit to revitalize your curls.
Can I sleep in my unit?
We highly recommend you taking your unit off at night to obtain longevity.
Do I need to schedule an appointment to have my Unit applied?
You can but it's not required. Units are very easy to apply by yourself.
How do I know what size wig cap to order?
The Medium unit is average size, if your head is 21-22 inches around. If your head is smaller or larger than average, please email us and we will get your order in.
Do you accept walk-ins?
No. Each appointment is done in advance with your choice of stylist.

Yes we have a variety of hair textures on hand.
